Their leadership role enables them to work well their peers and relationship management skills needs to be more developed. They take the lead role daily in the classroom depending on situations. Examples of these leadership positions are class monitors, group leaders and subject leaders. Those who exhibit good ability to lead may be identified to take on leadership at the next level. Training for these leaders are usually school-based and helmed by the respective departments in the school.
- Team Leadership
Pupils in this tier are those who have demonstrated good leadership qualities to be able to lead not only their peers in the level but also those in other levels. These are leaders in the different CCAs, the Prefectorial Board and the school ambassadors. These leaders are also given the opportunity to lead at the various school events each year and often act as the ambassadors of the school.
