Our Mission
To nurture socially and emotionally competent students grounded in GR3IT, future-ready, and committed to making a positive impact in their communities.
CCE Aims to Develop In Our Students:
Good Character
Have a sound moral compass and a strong sense of right and wrong, think
critically and ethically, be discerning in judgment, take responsibility
for choices and actions, be caring towards others and strive for excellence;
Resilience and Social-Emotional Well-Being
Have a balanced sense of self, form healthy relationships, be resilient
when faced with challenges, find meaning in life, and have a sense of gratitude
and appreciation;
Future Readiness
Have a sense of purpose in life, develop the dispositions of adaptability
and lifelong learning so as to be able to navigate education and career
pathways purposefully and take on the challenges of the future, including
the world of work and life; and
Active Citizenship
Develop a strong national identity based on a sense of belonging to the
nation, a sense of hope in themselves and the future, an awareness of the
reality of Singapore’s vulnerabilities and constraints, and the will to
act on improving the lives of others, and building a future for our nation
Our Key Programmes

Form Teacher Guidance Period (FTGP) |
Teaches social-emotional competencies, fosters strong Teacher-Student Relationships, and promotes Peer Support to build a caring and enabling school culture. |

CCE Mother Tongue (MTL) |
Integrates the teaching of values, skills, and knowledge in students' Mother Tongue Languages (MTL), reinforcing character education in a culturally meaningful way. |

School-based CCE programmes |
Assembly programmes and other school initiatives provide opportunities to reinforce students' learning experiences, nurturing them into responsible and active citizens. |

Education Career Guidance (ECG) |
Helps students identify their strengths, explore various career pathways, and gain insights into the different occupations in the economy, enabling them to make informed decisions about their future. |

Sexuality Education (SEd) |
Equips students with knowledge about the physiological, social, and emotional
changes they experience as they grow, guiding them to build healthy relationships
and make informed, responsible life choices.

Instills self-management skills and the development of positive habits while providing students with a platform to express their thoughts and reflections. |

Flourish Day |
School-wide platform that celebrates students’ learning and growth for the year. Through student-led activities, reflections, and showcases, students demonstrate the social-emotional skills, values, and life skills they have developed during WWW and CCE (FTGP) lessons. |

Values in Action (VIA) |
Provides students with meaningful opportunities to make a positive impact to the community. Through intentional acts of service and engagement, students display empathy, responsibility and care, translating values into action. VIA enables students to deepen their understanding of the community, reflect on their contributions, and develop a sense of social responsibility as active and caring citizens. |
